Akhbaar,Ajaadi, Ajuba, Dil, Feesadi, Hadsa, istemaal, Izaajat, Izaafa, Jimmedari, Hahir, Hadsa, Haasil, Jaria, Kareeb, Khabre, Koshish, Kamyabi, Khilaaf, Lutaf, Madad, Matahat, Muddhe, Mahooul, Masla,Mubaarak, Mubaraak, Muddenazar, Muhaiya, Mukabla, Mutaabik, Kabool, Maafi, Matahat, Mutaabik, Mumkin, Nazar, Nigraani, Nawaja, Surkhiya, Shukriya, Tahat, Umeed, Varkraar, Wajah, Tasveere, Tahat, Thareek, Tajub, Tareeka, Tahedil, Yakeen, Yateem, etc.
I would like to know from you media people what is so special about these words as you all media people always use these Urdu words in Hindi news and other Hindi programs in stead of using the proper Hindi words.
I would also like to know what is the minimum qualifications of Hindi that is required for obtaining job in your
Substandard departments of like you or BBC Hindi service or Radio German Hindi service or in Hindi film industry.
BBC Hindi service has some new recruits; they use as rotten and impure Hindi as Rajesh Joshi of BBC Hindi service.
I cannot understand what is the problem with you media people that you people cannot find journalists who know pure Hindi

For me it is very difficult to say who speak Pure Hindi as most of the media use Hindi-containing lots of Urdu words. I read Hindu Sabha Varta, they use fairly pure Hindi. Rastra Dhram uses about 80% pure Hindi. Yug Dharam and Panchjanya use about 70% pure Hindi. Monthly Hindi magazine Kalyaan uses about 90% pure Hindi. I think if any media hires people who have some knowledge of Sanskrit language, then such persons should speak pure Hindi, as Sanskrit has not been polluted by Urdu and English words.
Many media people use lots of English words in Hindi like safe word by used lots of times in Hindi news. Almost all the media always use Urdu word Umeed rather than Hindi word Asha and other some sentences used are:
Khabre ki Shukiya – Khabre is Urdu word, which in Hindi is called Samachar. Shurkhiya in Urdu means highlighted with red colour. In Hindi Shurkhi is just red colour or this word is also used by ladies for lipstick. In Hindi the correct word is, Samacharo ka Sheershak. Sheershak is head or top. Samacharo ka Sheering means heading of news. Very rarely sentence Samachore Ka Sheersak is used by Hindi media while this sentence is the correct word. VOA always “Hum se Sampark karne ke kayi Tareeke Hai, while it should be said as, “Hum se sampark karne ke Kayi Dhang Hain.”
Achla Sharma is head of BBC Hindi service, Ashok Sarin is head of Voice of America Hindi service. Both of these personalities not only use lots of Urdu words themselves in Hindi services, they have no control over the other members of their staff. They never stop the other members of their staff from using lots of Urdu and English words in Hindi as they themselves use lots of Urdu words in Hindi, while proper Hindi words are available.
On Radio German Hindi service, one newsreader always uses the sentence “Ab Khabro ka Agaaz karte Hain.” This person not only does not deserve job in Hindi department, but such a person should not be allowed to come to near any Hindi department. There are lots of Hindi words available equivalent to Agaaz, then one fails to understand why such person uses not so common Urdu word Agaaz.
Looking at the programs presented by BBC Hindi service, Voice of America Hindi service, Radio German Hindi service, not any one of them provide satisfactory service from pure Hindi point of view. All the Hindi staff of these organizations is most unsatisfactory people. All the staff of these organizations are doing job for which they are not properly qualified. These people are stealing money by claiming the knowledge of Hindi. Many times I wonder in what kind of hell these people will go. For me all the staff of these organizations are traitors of Hindi.
Is BBC Management Staff competent People?
BBC Hindi service is in fact BBC Urdu service. No employee of Hindi service of BBC knows pure Hindi, nor they speak pure Hindi. All the staff of BBC Hindi service is most unworthy, undeserving people for Hindi service. All the staff of BBC Hindi service and its all correspondents without any exception should not be allowed near the Hindi service. All staff of Hindi service of BBC and all correspondents, without any exception must be fired from their jobs.
Are the BBC Management staff people so incompetent that they cannot find people who know pure Hindi for their Hindi service program?

Media people should rethink the damage they are causing to Hindi and Hindi lovers.
Many people make efforts for promoting Hindi, but their efforts always lack from one fundamental point. That point is "Visibility". Hindi must be seen all around. If Hindi is written on signboards, on the labels of products, cast of Hindi films and TV programs is in Hindi, and then this visual effect would encourage people to learn Hindi. Once one girl came to me. Her father was a Hindu from UP and mother was a British woman. She wanted to learn Hindi. She saw many Hindi films, but even then she did not know how Hindi alphabets are written, how Hindi written alphabets look like.
Sometimes visibility of written Hindi becomes a self-teacher of Hindi. Visibility of English language plays a tremendous role in making English language very popular and creating desire in learning English.
Please always try to increase the visibility of Hindi all around.
Please give cast of Hindi films/ TV programs in Hindi
It is a system in the whole world that a films and TV programs give cast in the language in which film / TV program is made, but in the whole world Hindi films and Hindi TV programs are exception. Film and TV program is in Hindi but the cast is in English. Even films in Tamil, Telgu, Punjabi films give cast in their respective languages. People do not learn Hindi by seeing Hindi films as most of the Hindi films and Hindi TV programs have upto 80% Urdu words. Hindi films and Hindi TV programs spread more Urdu words than Hindi language. Actually there are no Urdu words. Urdu is not an original or base language. It has no root words of its own. All it has are Arabic, Farsi, Turkish or Sanskrit words. A mixture of these words with Hindi grammar is called Urdu. By using Urdu words we are using Arabic, Farsi or Turkish words while writing Hindi -- which derived mostly from Sanskrit based words.
A girl whose mother is British woman, father is Bharatiya person, who hails from Allahabad, came to me and said that she wants to learn Hindi. I asked if she has seen Hindi alphabets or does she know how Hindi is written. She said that she has seen many Hindi films but even then she was not sure if she has ever seen Hindi alphabets. I gave her one Hindi, one Urdu and one Punjabi paper. She could not tell which was Hindi paper. She asked me why Hindi films do not give cast of Hindi films in Hindi? Probably it is due to mental slavery of Hindi speaking people. At present the situation is such that if a person walks through Delhi, Capital of Bharat, he / she would hardly find any signboard in Hindi.
Whatever people see, it has lot of visual effect. If girl has seen cast of Hindi films in Hindi, she probably would have picked some Hindi alphabets. If people see Hindi written all around, like the cast of Hindi films in Hindi, cast of Hindi TV program in Hindi, Hindi written in prominent manner on the labels of products sold in Bharat (and even Bharatiya products sold in foreign countries with Hindi written in prominent on the labels of products), Hindi written on the signboards of the shops, Hindi written on the packing material, then the people would have desire to learn Hindi. Some people would learn Hindi even without going to school.
Hindi used to be at third place in world languages. As Hindi is being ignored by most of the media and commercial people, Hindi has slipped from third place to sixth place, while Urdu has moved from 39th place to 22nd place. It is surprising to me and beyond my compression why media people give importance to English and Urdu languages? Media people should use pure Sanskritnist Hindi language and encourage Hindi film and Hindi TV producers to give cast in Hindi? I wonder why media and general public do not put pressure on Film and TV producers to give cast in Hindi.
All Hindi media people earn money and livelihood on the name of Hindi, but their contribution in promoting and spreading Hindi is nil. This situation must change now; other wise Hindi media people would suffer. Hindi media people must stop using Urdu and English words in Hindi, give cast of Hindi films / Hindi TV programs in Hindi and commercial people should also use Hindi in every sphere of life. General public should make pressure on media people and commercial people that all around Hindi must be used. Government must also force all kinds of businesses that Hindi must be used all around as it the national language of Bharat and must be encouraged, promoted and propagated.
