Thanks to a friend he contacted Neil tennant and say to him in person and he put in the news of the official site:

This make me think what the management do and what the webmaster do...because we writed to them severals times and we had that answer and they didnt ask to the Pet Shop Boys.
Now a month later all is sorted...but it was very hard.
