The resistance against building big dams in the Narmada valley
in India resulted in the first
case in which the World Bank was thrown out of a project, in the
early 1990s.

This is one of the earliest milestones in the present fight against global capitalism!

to the recent Supreme Court decision regarding the Sardar Sarovar
