under new legislation [The Police Powers and
Responsibilities (CHOGM)Regulation 2001 No. 150
(Qld), which commenced on 24 August - SCHEDULE 2 -
PROHIBITED ITEMS].

Unless a protestor is:
- nude
- bald
- legless
- armless
- mute
he or she will be considered to be carrying a
prohibited item and police will (quite
justifiably) be able to arrest the protestor who
is so violent as to... wear clothes, have hair,
have legs or arms, or utter sounds.
