Bismallah ar-Rahman ar-Raheem



This message is to all of the ummah of Muhammad, to all of the activist community, and to all of those who believe in justice.

Palestine has been burning for 54 years and during most of that time the Palestinian people have put up limited physical resistance, for a number of reasons. However, today we are blessed to live in the time of the Intifada, and history will judge us, and we will be judged on Yam-ul-Kayam on what we did at this moment. Will we stand with Palestine in this time of need, will we do all that we can to confront Zionism at every corner where its ugly head appears, or will we be armchair revolutionaries.

We should all attend the national rally against Zionism in Washngton, DC on April 22nd, and we should all be taking to as many people as possible with us. The world needs to see that within America, where the heart of Zionism is, that people who stand for the liberation of Palestine exist.Do we want to go down as those that stood on the side of truth and justice or do want to go down in history along side of those who where too weak and cowardly to act when they saw oppression?

Furthermore, because Palestine is the most important battlefield against imperialism today, doesn't mean that it is the only battle. On April 20 in DC there will be a rally against racism and war.We need to be there also, we need to stand with our Boricua brothers and sisters who are having there island bombed, we need to stand with the people of Iraq, Cuba, Colombia, Korea, Chiapis, Kashmir, Chechnya and all of those oppressed masses. How can we ask people to support us when we are turning a blind eye to the suffering of others?

The time is now! Do what you can do, do what you must do. Wear t-shirts advocating liberation, pass out flyers, write letters to the paper, whatever you have the ability to do.

The Messenger of Allah, Muhammad Ibn Abdullah ( peace be upon him) said " he that walks with the oppressor is of the oppressor", he said in another hadith ( saying) '" that is you see evil change it with your hand, and if you cannot change it with your hand speak against it with your tounge, and if you cannot speak against it with your tounge hate it in your heart and after that there is not a mustard seed of faith"
