Unfortunately, the world is full of “Hello's” - Charming people who have little or no conscience, and no ability to empathise or feel remorse for the harm they do to others.
The Clinical Term for people like this is “Sociopath”.
Sociopaths are users, chronic liars, and manipulators.
They move through life creating suffering for anyone who trusts them whether on business or personal relationships. Yet emotionally, they rarely suffer themselves, lacking the emotional mechanisms to feel what most people feel in normal human interaction. They lack the internal monitors of morality ethics and caring that cause most of us to feel guilt and anxiety when we hurt others.
A Sociopath is a person who is hostile to society.
He or she feels little in the way of normal human emotions -except anger. This anger, combined with an almost self-absorption and a complete lack of empathy for others allows him to commit the most heinous crimes without any guilt, or remorse. Sociopaths are extremely manipulative, their emotions run very shallow, and they are intensely self-centred.

Twelve months later Teague forwarded an account for 120 dollars an hour for waiting at the police station. ‘V’ did not pay as no reference was made to this for 12 months. Teague took this matter to the small claims court. All part of his “Embezzler” moves. Teague was happy to write the fines in to the subdivision costs as police fines but not his accountant charges.
Teague never handed over a copy of the police fines receipt. A sick o fink control person. Now back to her or him Robertson. Allegedly stole a number of stones from ‘V’ car. These stones came from the Picton area, which had been numbered by the Canterbury Museum. The police (c) with all probability have the identification pages? They were after ever thing they could lay their hands on. Stolen all information they will get. One reason he was falsely arrested was to close him down. One secret of life is never allowing any (c) to tap you on the shoulder.

Incoming information. Teague worked a very ‘cunning swindle.’ Teague worded in secretarial and accountancy fees, plus his waiting at the police station fees in to a claim against G-S Developments Ltd. Gordon Dollimore had taken over as the new secretary from Teague. Dollimore was sent along to the hearing but was ordered out by the female (c) who was running that hearing. Maurice Teague is too cunning for the inept judges.
Looking at Teague accounts. Quote 6 letters, 7 letters and so on. By not entering to whom or dates his actions are open to an easy swindle if not challenged. I note Teague accounts make no reference to being G.S.T. Teague has a reputation around Christchurch for working shady deals. Information from a charted accountant and further Christchurch is full of crooked accountants. The reason this guy left that type of work. The Teague’s company Mr Mushroom Ltd would play a part. Since that court hearing Gordon Dollimore of B and G Services, Middleton Road Christchurch phone fax + 64 (3) 3 480-535 [not then G.S.T. registered] being a public typist, has shown himself to be police informer, in the same way as Maurice and Maude Teague. If you value your privacy, may well pay to think twice before handing over any typing or accountancy work.

Phil Robertson arrived at the Ambassador Hotel and a fight ensured. In the car park, both wing mirrors were left hanging on the car he took to. If not blood in the photographs, then what else. There is a story behind this story that will never be told. The blond manager refused to call the police. Probability the reason being she was past manager of slut or whorehouse parlour. This blond’s sister and whatsoever were leasing an old people’s home in Christchurch. The nurse’s complaints closed down this home. The old folks were sold off to other homes. How do I know? Met her sister who was managing a hotel but not in NZ. Filled me up on the top shelf for a week. Claimed the nurses were all lesbians. Named one nurse as Jan B from Dunedin.

Teague, I am quoting No.14 from your affidavit to the High Court in Christchurch New Zealand. “There are numerous claims made in Mr. ‘H W’ affidavit that are simply untrue. For example, I have never been his Accountant. I was never offered $35,000 or $50,000 (paragraph 6) to obtain neighbour consents.”
In another paragraph you claimed that you never visited ‘H W’ in a Marshland Road Motel. In reply you visited a Shirley Lodge Motel in late September or October 1992, left at approximately 9.20am. A woman, who had called in, with all probability to check out if ‘V’ was on his own, saw you driving out in a small white car. Apparently she had previously been introduced to you at an annual general meeting in which you were that company’s secretary. Her father and Walter A Dunstan used to be drinking buddies. I refer back to ‘I have never been his Accountant.’ Only you would know what game you are playing at.
A letter before me to ‘V’ 14 September 1996, letterhead:

To use plain English, you have carried out accountancy work, and what I would term legal work for ‘V’ at various times during a 30-year period. The truth is you knew too much of his ownership. If A.C.A. does not mean Accredited Chartered Accountant, then it can only mean ‘Accredited Con Artist.’ Letters during 1965 show Maud with an e. Letters were typed by Maude, re shares held in Dingwall and Paulger by her and the Teague twins.
My point, Maude no longer uses the e. Outside Hays Maude did tell “V’ ‘that it was nice Ivan and Maurice were talking again after 20 years. That Ivan had kept the sale money from the sale of 931 Colombo St.’ I understand that house was their accountancy business. Further Maurice refused to take in his mother who suffered from a confused mind state and fortunately Ivan did.’ Maude telling ‘V’ was a 45 second conscience.
The signature on your affidavit is not consistent with your usual signature. There for who signed for you. Being a common liar is one thing, ‘unmitigated lying’ in an affidavit is a more serious matter, but not for you. I would suspect a ‘Conniving Psychopath.’ Any person, who states in any defence that the law allowed them to do it, is nothing more than a common thief and low life piece of human garbage.
