| POLL QUESTION: DO YOU SUPPORT REGIME CHANGE IN AMERICA? By ABC/CBS/Zogby Pollsters 28/06/2002 At 04:12 Here is an important poll question for everyone on this planet who values true human dignity and freedom... Do You Support Regime Change in America? With the recent revelations that the American Government has authorized the CIA to attempt to assassinate Iraqi President Saddam Hussein--and recent poll numbers which suggest that a majority of the American people themselves support what is in effect state sanctioned murder--one must ask the question whether the people of the world should start supporting a campaign of fundamental Regime Change in America? Given the fact that the American Empire--and significant sections of the American people--delude themselves into believing they have a God given right to choose what leaders are "appropriate" for another country or people (from Palestine to Yugoslavia to Venezuela to Iraq), it is high time to "flip the script" and allow the rest of humanity to decide what leaders and what system are best for America. This is especially pertinent given the fact that the United States is not so much a nation, as it is a Global Empire which unfortunately has undue influence and power to violate the sovereignty of nations and people around the world--always of course justified behind lies about supporting Democracy, Freedom, Human Rights, and now the "War on Terrorism." These facts are becoming especially obvious given the virulently anti-democratic nature of the current US Regime of George W. Bush. Indeed, many people outside the United States increasingly realize that it is the USA--and NOT the old Soviet Union--which is the true Evil Empire in deed, if not word. Do you support a fundamental Regime Change in America? Yes. No. Undecided. Other (please specify)

It took power. And it must be removed. Americans suffer a similar fate as India's population, at similar hands corrupted by one interlocking regime, largely now exposed through independent press. Enron, the corporate head of the snake, has been severed. But what shall be done to the rest of the snake? The nerve system, or the Executive Branch, is being attacked on many fronts, as is corporate America, which is essentially the body of the snake. But will it come apart without Americans waking up? And as the economy sinks into War, how does it recover and find peace again? This is the same administration that is an extension of the Fascist regime that took over during WWII. We imported German rocket scientists and Nazi war criminals, who should have been tried for running experiments and killing jews, and instead installed them as executives in NASA.This same Bush regime has many of the same people, in many interlocking positions throughout power systems around the world, both literally and figurally as the Herbert Walker Bush administration before it. Let's not forget that the Reagan Administration was a Bush administration, and that while GHW Bush is said to have been working for the CIA, and in Texas at the time, that he can't remember where he was the day JFK was shot in Dallas. So yes, I support regime change. But, I would also point out that Michael Moore already wrote this in an open letter to the UN. And this was in a book that was the best seller all over the country. And Ralph Nader still packs stadiums when he speaks around the country. However, to be fair I believe that America is a complex culture of many people from all over the world. And even though American Media might portray Americans as supporting the Bush Regime, most Americans I talk to everyday can not believe that GW Bush is still in office. Most Americans I talk to want Bush removed as quickly as possible. However, lots of Americans, even members of my own family, disagree. Change is slow, and ignorance is sometimes power. Americans, like the people of India, suffer from mass media misinformation. As well as the great dellusion known in India by the saying, "You can wake a person who is sleeping, but not a person who is pretending to sleep." So between actual ignorance, and "useful" ignorance a tremendous sleep is quieting a people who Marx thought would lead the revolution. Bought off by SUVs and cell phones, TV and glossy magazines, Americans sleep and dream of free markets and every expanding human resources, because Economics is science and Science will save us. In conclusion, to those from other coutnries, I invite you to post to US Indy Media, and other Alternative News Sites, to inform us about what is going on in your homeland. Tell us what companies are doing to you, where your Anger comes from. Tell us repeatedly, many of us are listening, and many still are asleep. One way to wake the sleeping is to shout, and for many people pretending to sleep, the reality is that you can wake a person who is pretending to sleep, but the only way to do so is to make it more uncomfortable to continue to pretend to sleep. Many Americans stopped pretending After JFK was assasinated, many after Viet Nam, but a whole new generation awoke during the WTO, and then those pretending had their eyes pried open for the first time on 911. But there are still many people that would prefer to just go back to sleep. Because sometimes pretending to sleep seems almost as good.
