SUB : (1) Grievance for retaining my original income - tax papers and bank passbook of my sponsor (i.e. my mother) submitted with the VISA application by the VISA officer of the British Deputy High Commission, Mumbai office claiming them to be fake without any material on hand and without granting a reasonable opportunity to be heard to offer my honest explanation to prove that they are genuine and no reply till date from the Concerned Officer of the British Deputy High Commission, Mumbai office regarding the grievance letter and review request sent to him regarding my Visa application which had suffered injustice mentioned above and no reply from the Desk officer of India sitting in London regarding the same grievance letter and review request sent to him by fax. TOTAL DETAILS ARE GIVEN IN THE ATTACHMENT.
