Are warmongers working to intimidate and cease activists who are against war?

It is a pity that the author has not mentioned any specific instances that have aroused concern. Clearly there was some concern, but our readers would doubtless want to know more without having to search the web.
In what way is an "illegal" war different from any other kind? By attemting such distinctions we fall into divisive traps.
