To the editorial staff.A story submitted here and not published is published elsewhere with a reference to you.You know what I am talking about.India has lost its right to shout about fascism.By the same logic everybody with any talent has escaped this country.

A story submitted here,but rejected is published elsewhere with a historic reference to you,explaining why everybody with any talent has left India.Koot Hoomi left Asia and atomic weapons and a million soldiers are gathjered in Kashmir.Worse than this is the conceit,prevailing here.Even thus is imitated.
All our ideals have proven to be nothing but hypocrisy.
We deserve the shame,we don't even realise.
Heartlessness has now turned into technical obsession without a purpose.You are ten million tomes more stupid than I ever thought.

What editorial staff? This is open publishing. If an article does not appear first thing check whether the submission form was correctly filled - and submissions by email don't work.
