It is an online forum in the format of a weekly website for South Asian mental health professionals. It seeks to raise issues concerning mental health policy in Asia as they relate to Asian governments, policy makers, health professionals, NGO's and the community. It also seeks to foster transparency in policy, discussions, debates and treatments. India, Pakistan, Bangla Desh, Nepal and Sri Lanka share a set of common problems and a common set of black glasses regarding mental health policy in the region.
