20 Whales beached, Indian Ocean Tsunami -
Bush dynasty keeps house

(1) Interviewed by the BBC, Sri Lanka's President Chandrika
Kumaratunga expressåd the idea that the magnitude of the sea
surge was unknown in her land.

Taking the record of historical linguistics, in South Asia
'Chandra' is an example of one of several words for the
modern English word 'moon.'

In contrast to that, almost 3,000 years of literature had
evokåd no term for designation of Tsunami-magnitude sea
overflow of land. So, despite deep, historic texture of
vocabulary, South Asia was compelled to adopt a term from
Pacific-rim Japanese when the sea surge struck.

human mind, and at once contains the trophies of its past
and the weapons of its future conquests."

(2) US sources confirm that the State Department warned the
USN base in Diego Garcia and Australia early (it told US
embassies in Madagascar and Mauritius in the wake of the
surge.)

(3) The State Department did not choose to air a disaster
alert on the same 24-hour CNN that within minutes had been
displaying to the world, the second jetliner flight into the
WTC. Without such TV alert after the quake, many locals and
holidayers in Sri Lanka needed rescuing. Helmut Kohl, former
German Chancellor, was located and then rescued by
helicopter. Thousands of houses and fishing boats were swept
away by the ocean but most of the 30,000 humans lost were
small children because parents did not have time to remove
them to high ground.

"Even a few minutes warning would have given the inhabitants
a chance to seek higher ground. The US Naôional Oceanic and
Atmospheric Agency (NOAA) had several hours notice before
the first waves hit shore. Tim Walsh, geologic-hazards
program manager for the Washington State Department of
Natural Resources, said, 'Fifty feet of elevation would be
enough to escape the worst of the waves. In most places, 25
feet would be sufficient. If you go uphill or inland, the
effect of the Tsunami will be diminished.' "

(4) Net reports show that elephant herds and other wild
animals in Sri Lanka had a 6th-sense warning and moved to
the interior. A Reuter report -

"Wild animals seem to have escaped the Indian Ocean Tsunami,
adding weight to notions they possess a 'sixth sense' for
disasters, experts said on Thursday.'

"Sri Lankan wildlife officials have said the giant waves
that killed over 24,000 people along the Indian Ocean
island's coast seemingly missed wild beasts, with no dead
animals found.'

" 'No elephants are dead, not even a dead hare or rabbit. I
think animals can sense disaster. They have a sixth sense.
They know when things are happening,' H.D. Ratnayake, deputy
director of Sri Lanka's Wildlife Department, said on
Wednesday."

(5) Yet, as many as twenty giant whales suffered shock and
were drifted by sea waves to beach in Australia. 6th-sense
had failed to warn the whale families of a gathering,
natural, ocean-floor event.

(6) Judging by the unprecedented number of whales beached at
one time, what appears like a natural event could have been
a sudden, artificial, seismic event paste-up timed for -

(a) Early morning,
(b) Saturday/Sunday,
(c) X'mas

At a fault line, geophysicists report that a chunk of
undersea plate has to drop a mere 10 metres to set off an
ocean surge like the one that hit the Indian Ocean. More -

Dr. Rosalie Bertell: "US military scientists ... are working
on weather systems as a potential weapon. The methods
include the enhancing of storms and the diverting of vapor
rivers in the Earth's atmosphere to produce targeted
droughts or floods."

A paste-up seismic event could have resulted from a geosat-
positioned naval vessel sinking a plutonium depth-charge at
a fault line mapped by geophysicists of NOAA that initiated
the warning to Diego Garcia (NOAA is allied with HAARP, the
US clandestine weather-control agency.)

Edward Cranswick: "Based on my experience of investigating
earthquakes for the US government for almost 22 years and
doing research on seismological techniques to monitor
underground nuclear explosions, I believe that the US
military/CIA had critically useful information about the
tsunami which was not transmitted to emergency response
organizations.'

"Using seismological data alone, any tsunami expert would
know that a magnitude 8+ submarine megathrust event like the
2004 Sumatra Earthquake would have a good possibility of
generating a tsunami. The US has a very large military base
on the island of Diego Garcia in the middle of the Indian
Ocean, and they have been aware of tsunami hazard to the
island due to the proximity of the southwestern Pacific
archipelago. The US Navy and CIA have many sea-bottom
sensors in the Indian Ocean for detecting submarines,
undersea nuclear explosions, earthquakes and tsunamis. I am
sure that US military/CIA knew the tsunami was in progress
but they did not relay this information to the countries at
risk because the info was 'CLASSIFIED'."

(7) As the US grapples with a potential end to carpeting its
way around the world with dollar paper (that replaced gold
in 1971 to become 'world reserve currency,') it fears in
Asia, the world's fastest growth area, the replacement as
international reserve currency of US dollars by the Euro in
Central banks. This crisis induced a comment by Alan
Greenspan in a recent Berlin speech.

(8) Fearing the above crisis of the dollar the US government
hesitated in offering more than $ 1 m - notably and
originally - for disaster relief.

However, when President George W Bush suddenly elevated
himself to head disaster relief, he found other governments
obliged him to swell the US government pledge to $350 m.
Japan could thereupon come forward with its $500 m.

(9) At the international relief summit scheduled for January
6 in Jakarta that has attracted $ 2 b in disaster aid State
Secretary Colin Powell supports US effort not with
logistical counterpart but with low-rank Florida Governor
Jeb Bush.

Besides the Tsunami distraction that would stall the
displacement of dollars by the Euro in Central banks,
Florida's governor (Bush No:4) creates the impression that
he would insider-trade. Bush-dynasty crony contractors could
collect crumbs on US investment on aid to disaster victims.

(10) Like State Secretary John Foster Dulles and CIA chief
Alan Dulles, Prescott Bush (the dynasty patriarch) served as
an asset of London-NY finance capital.

Bush dynasty wealth arose in sending US-prohibited supplies
to Nazis during the Holocaust era, Prescott Bush being a
servant of financier Max Warburg. Max, who had also worn the
cap of Germany's Secret Police Chief, was the wind beneath
Corporal Adolf Hitler's wings during 1918-1938 while also
using his wealth to pose as a philanthropist to rank-and-
file Jews. In the wake of the Warbug blueprint, they were
consigned to concentration camps. Max was the brother of
Paul Warburg, who was detailed in 1907 to the US for
machinations there.

During X'mas season 1913 when many Congressmen had left for
home, Paul Warburg on his annual stipend then worth $500,000
arranged for legislation to be passed to provide a monopoly
on the issue of US currency to the Warburg-led, privately
owned US Federal Reserve 'Central bank'. Hamburg-born Paul
Warburg was appointed founder-head of the institution that
would control US money and credit.

...Today it is the future of the X'mas-begun, 91-year-old,
offset-printed, Warburg-inspired dollar that hangs above our
heads...
