Left Media Initiatives strongly condemns the attack against Proffesor Sar Geelani who was shot at outside his lawyers residence in South Delhi. The criminals should be apprehended as soon as possible and punished severely. He was reportedly shot at 5 times and atleast 1 bullet injured his stomach. Eye witness's state that he was shot by 4 gun men. Police are tight lipped about the investigation.


The government was involved in tarnishing his image in the parliament attack case and Zee News who worked in collaboration with the government tarnished his name and finally after a good long legal battle he was aquitted in the case due to lack of evidence.
